The condo was perfect for my needs. The beach was just out the door, beautiful ocean view. Very well insulated as my arrival was a couple days before Hurricane Helene and I slept through the night just fine. They responded quickly to any requests and questions. I would absolutely stay again.

The house and the amenities were great and the staff was also great and answered our questions very quickly. The house had everything we needed to relax and and also to get work stuff done. The sunsets were amazing and walking on the beach was perfect.

We had a great experience at this beautiful home. This two story is basically two homes in one! There is a full kitchen on both floors as well as a living space. It’s great if you have a couple families. You all get your own privacy. The house was clean and decorated well. The pool and hot tub was pristine! Our kids enjoyed the ping pong table in the sunroom as well. The house is walking distance from the ocean as well as downtown. I would rent this house again. We were very pleased.

Great family vacation spot for July 4th week! Well equipped condo. We needed the sofa bed and added a mattress pad for more comfort (WalMart delivery $34 and worth it!). Very responsive when emailed about minor issues. No issues that would keep us from coming back! We had great view for fireworks!

The walk to beach was minimal, easy access for those with mobility issues. There was always room in the pool, also easy access! Very close to Times Square with a few shops and food. Bella Mozzarella had excellent pizza!

We used Your Simple Vacation to rent tent, lounge chairs, paddle board, etc-so much easier than packing in our car! They also do food and alcohol deliveries.

We stayed at a beach front condo for a week June 4-10. It was an amazing condo. The view was spectacular, the beds were so comfortable (but needed vacuumed- they had some dry skin and lint in the mattress holes), the vacuum in this unit is terrible, and so was the coffee pot. When we arrived the coffee pot had a spring and another piece in the holder. I put it together, but it leaked water every time that we used it. The assortment of dishes for the kitchen was amazing. The decor was great. The condo was clean, but not overly clean - the dresser drawers and bathroom drawers had some lint and dirt in them, and baseboards in the kitchen and bathrooms could use a dusting/ cleaning. I am a clean freak. The beach accessibility was amazing. There are several stores down the road to walk to. The food in the area was great. We were not prepared to be ate alive by no seeum bugs. Our fishing captain recommended baby oil rubbed all over your body and long sleeve clothes at dusk. This helped tremendously. It would be nice if the parking pass was on the kitchen counter, instead of having to stop at the Coastal Vacations office to grab this. We appreciated the small welcome packets in the bathrooms and kitchen. The sponge and dish soap, dishwasher and laundry tabs were great to have. Overall we loved our visit, and would come back! We stayed at 171 Washington Street. Our unit was adorable. The unit is well stocked and has most everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The pool is lovely and heated. It’s just a short walk to the beach making the location convenient. A few food trucks are with In biking distance which is convenient until permanent structures are rebuilt.
Although there’s a lot of construction happening on the island it didn’t cause much of a disturbance. I would definitely stay here again if in the area.
