We called after hours they responded quickly by calling us back offering service after hours. I told him I could wait till the next day which they approached called ahead of time all worked out well.. The young man that came out here wanna say Zak. Was cordial and professional they did not charge because even though it was not their issue it looks like maybe a small pipe broke on the condensate so that’s admirable as well. The reason for the four are two items the technician that came out had to borrow a ladder and this is the second time another technician had to borrow a drill and a ladder so on the company side, they need to make sure that all of their service trucks are equipped with all of the tools within reason to perform their work And being at Florida most things are up on mezzanines a ladder would be common sense to me and the only other small item was is because it’s a gorilla ladder I went to our other garage, retrieved it, put it up for the gentleman, but he didn’t offer to put it away for me other than that

Alan was amazing. He got back with me even during Milton a major hurricane and got the new air conditioning unit installed sent me pictures did awesome follow up. Prices are very fair. Front desk was very helpful during all the chaos got a hold of me right after the hurricane New unit in working great thank you Alan for the follow up. You guys are awesome. I would totally recommend you. And I have ran a business for 50 years. I definitely know what customer service is all about. You guys did very good thank you.

Coastal Cooling has been essential in improving and maintaining our HVAC! They do the maintenance for approximately 34 units ranging in size from 5ton to 15ton and unit age from new to extremely old(over 20 years) in our commercial building. The entire team is extremely professional / knowledgeable and happy to assist. I highly recommend Coastal Cooling for not only existing maintenance but also new buildouts. They are reliable, cost effective and are there to get the job done as long as it takes. They continue to make sure our HVAC stays up and running regardless of the issues. I've worked with almost all of their service techs and could not say a bad thing about any of them and their manager is incredible as well. The office staff are a pleasure to call into and are extremely knowledgeable as well and make sure that nothing gets missed.

We have been using Coastal Cooling for over 35 years and trust Ron. We have had maintenance contracts with Coastal to clean twice a year. We have had great techs and some that were not as honest or attentive. Dave is the very best tech - he does a thorough job of cleaning our two systems, cleaning our filters and installing new when needed. Dave is very knowledgeable and wise.
