From the minute I called the store Mena was very friendly/attentive! Unfortunately I can’t go into the store, it makes it difficult to know what I am purchasing. Mena and Kryssy went above & beyond to take the time to show me different sizes of the laurel. Very helpful girls!!

Excellent sales on handbags and wallets! Staff was polite, professional, and knowledgeable of merchandise and available stock. I only wish they had a larger store and wider selection of colors and accessories. Definitely worth stopping by!

Widely variable prices. During holidays you can find great deals. Make sure it is leather or do not bother. BTW- alot is Made in China...most likely...
In any case, some stuff makes good gifts.

Horrible experience. Was excited to check out the Valentines collection this year. I first had a return to make. A lady was in front of me and she was speaking English to the cashier. Me and my mom were having a conversation in Spanish while we waited in line. Once it was our turn, the cashier was very rude and her attitude changed. This has never happened to me before at Coach store. The associates are always very nice. But this interaction made me walkout without continuing with my purchase of the Valentines collection.

I remember going here with my mom a few years ago, we felt like splurging since our family is poor and we wanted something nice, when checking out i wanted a bag but i decided not to get it since it was expensive + we were already buying a different bag. I gave the bag to the lady checking the stuff out and made a really racist remark and how we're poor, we still ended up buying the bag because my mom still wanted something nice + cheapest bag. Horrible experience.

I had an absolutely terrible experience with Coach repairs over the phone. As a last ditch effort to resolve my problem, I went to the Coach Outlet in Pismo Beach. I should have just gone straight to them. Michelle, the store manager, was amazing. She heard my problem, came up with a solution and made it happen. She went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. Because of her I will recommend the Pismo Beach Coach Outlet to everyone I talk to.
