First, Mr. Bachmann's review is completely irresponsible and a quite frankly a farse. Al has built two custom homes for my family over the past 2 decades. He has the utmost integrity, is responsive, practical, meticulous and an absolute pleasure to deal with. I have other family members who have built custom homes through Al that share that sentiment. I recommend him without hesitation.

I would not use Al. Told me they wanted a flat fee to build a house. When we got into the process he would not be transparent and would not tell us things. When we asked questions we were told he does not do this or that.
I am glad we did not rely on Al to build our dream home. Feels like he looking to only take people money and run. Make sure you know what your buying..They did not want us to know.. Shame

Our HOA in Wildwood had agreed on a scope of work with CMM and a price. Was to be a few day project with a predetermined scope of work. Without advising us or receiving an approved change of scope, CMM took a day and completed a much simplified scope of work which required less time and materials. They advised us after the fact and offered a minimal discount. Very unethical business practices topped off with highway robbery. Would advise requiring detailed estimates of time and material and that ANY changes to scope of work receive approval in advance or refuse payment - in writing. Mind blown over how a “business “ can operate this way.
