This is about the 5th time doing business with cm-used to be heida computers....As always excellent job was given, a call back same day. what the problem was,the cost to repair,and when appx it would be done..completed in all areas..great business to deal with

I took my laptop to this place to get repaired. They gave me an estimate the next morning and had it repaired and the end of the day. Excellent work and service. Very nice people and you can tell right off the bat, they're very honest. They texted me with updated and was easy to communicate with the technician! Very professional. I'm very impressed! I took my laptop to get repair ,they give me estimate next day they repaired it works only 10 days but unfortunately I bring back after 32 days and they said I have to pay again for same problem , it's seems miscommunication they fix it again free of cost ,

Review:
I took my gaming computer in for a cracked screen. When I made a call to see if an appointment was available, he told me approx. what the cost would be to repair. Throughout the repair process, I received direct messages from the person repairing my computer throughout the process. Surprisingly, the estimates he made beforehand came shockingly close to how much I paid.
When I got my computer back everything was in tip top shape. The service that I have received from Heidia Computers has been top notch. It's obvious that he knows what he's doing. Most importantly, he makes sure to keep you as informed as possible.
If I ever have computer issues again, I am definitely taking it to Heida Computers!!!

Best computer store! Had a cracked computer screen on my Mac book and they fixed it for a lot less than Apple quoted me. Brought my computer in one evening and it was really to pick up the next day! Fast service and great staff! Would highly recommend to anyone with computer issues!!
