Takes forever to get the parts and not straight forward about when the parts will come in and the when the phone will be ready been waiting over 2 weeks to get his fixed.

I took in two iPhones for a battery change. The service was quick and friendly and the price was VERY reasonable! This was definitely better and SO much faster and cheaper than dealing with the Apple Store.

The guy is polite he's nice he's very knowledgeable about the phones and computers. It took him 5 minutes to fix my phone. And then he took the trouble to show me what he did and made me go through it so I could do it myself next time, and didn't charge me anything. I laid a $20 bill on the counter and he refused to take it because he really didn't do anything physical to the phone.

My iPhone 7plus/S? Whatever had a battery life of 2 hours or so; I bounced in their door, went for a breakfast sandwich and returned to find their fresh battery gave new life to my aging workhorse! Great guys, great work, great results!

Walked in this morning right after Charles opened his store. Don't let the picture in his ad fool you, he is a very pleasant man and very personable as well. Now I had a problem with a piece of plastic that broke off from the charging cord. He fixed it in less than 2 minutes and he wasn't going to charge me anything, so I bought a new charging cord from him. I'm convinced that any problems my wife or me have with any iPhone, iPad, computer, etc we are coming back to Charles. I'm also recommending him to all my friends, as well as the folks in my church... he's that good.

Latest update: My iPad battery was dying. I thought I'd check the price of a new one, and squelched that idea when I saw how much they costing today. Took my iPad to Charles, he gave me an estimate to replace the battery (it's not a job for amateurs). Called me when it was ready, he actually came in a bit under his estimate, and I'm on my way with a "new iPad". Charles is a "real find" in these days of people wanting to overcharge, he meets his deadline, and he's a nice guy too...

The best experience I've ever had getting my computer repaired! I took it to a shop off of central boulevard and the guy was he hauling around saying it was going to take more than an hour and he was going to have to charge $75 an hour. I knew a professional could do it in 20 25 minutes and they did here and only charged me $27.50 best money I've ever spent on my computer repair! I've had the part I sat there and watched him replace it and I was so thankful that I did not try to do it myself! You cannot go wrong! My friend in tallassee Alabama charged me $65 the other quote I got was $100 I've been in a bad financial situation and this really helped pulled me out of it!
