They make it very difficult to cancel your subscription. The button does not work, it won’t let you remove your card, and support is not helpful. There is an active lawsuit going around for companies treating customers like this and this company deserves to be reported.

Cloudpano is the real deal. What Zach Calhoon and Clayton Rothschild are building over there is amazing, intuitive, user-friendly, and special.

Their customer support is fantastic and very responsive, and they really listen to their customers. They go above and beyond in helping their customers achieve success with their Virtual Tour Profit System training program, the Virtual Tour Profit Facebook group, and their YouTube channel.

Before being a Cloudpano customer, I was using another virtual tour platform, I didn't find it very user-friendly and clunky at the times, so I was exploring my options. After using Cloudpano over the last few months, I am so glad I did as it helps me create virtual tours faster than my previous solution and it's more cost effective as it's 1/3 of the price of my previous virtual tour solution whilst not lacking any of the features. I actually have more capabilities then before, so it's a win-win situation in my opinion.

Cloundpano may be the new kid on the block when it comes to Virtual Tour Platforms, but they will soon be a industry powerhouse as they continue to create features that Virtual Tour Specialist like myself and others need to help streamline how Virtual Tours are shot, created, shared, and sold in our communities.

Fantastic software, always improving and adding new features. Excellent service too! The owners of the platform always respond to emails quickly, usually within a few hours or less. I purchased the 1 years software and made my money back with this platform on my first job for a builder. It's a great software to generate income both per job and residual and best of all you are able to provide a high quality virtual tour that's user-friendly to your clients.
