Jeff and the team at Cloud Tech take the absolute best care of their customers! They help me with every question -- no matter how large and complicated, or how small and simple. They never make me feel like the tech-illiterate person I can be, and not only handle our varied and frequent requests with honesty, speed, and consideration -- they also help me learn how to problem-solve or address issues myself going forward. Cloud is responsive to emails quickly and thoroughly, you can get a REAL person on the phone within about 2 minutes, and their software and hardware expertise knows no bounds.
