I volunteered to be a research study participant for a cannabis cessation program at this center, and in response to literally the first personal information question the nurses asked me upon arriving, they collapsed into giggles on account of me using the NATO phonetic alphabet and told me I was "unusual".

Deeply disappointing lack of professionalism and a seemingly weak response from leadership.
