Phenomenal Contact Center software, A++.I have used a few others and have always been disappointed in performance and ease-of-use. But SalesExec (ClickPoint) has been powerful in it's capabilities and intuitive in design.
The team, in particular Elsa & Leo, have been extremely helpful implementing and setting up. SalesExec has replaced FOUR other software services, which has reduced our OPEX and reduced our headaches. The software suite also allows for growth and expansion- so it is a great fit for small teams to large in virtually any industry I can think of.
If you communicate with clients or teams via phone/SMS/email, then you must at least setup a Demo with Gabriel to learn what you're missing!

I've used SalesExec from ClickPoint for years, both as an end user sales person and as a business leader. The SalesExec system is exactly what I've needed in order to take a small fast growing team and drive top notch results. The program is robust enough to manage both incoming phone, web, 3rd part leads, etc, as well as any outbound cross-selling campaigns. Another great feature is how user friendly the interface is and I find it very easy to teach new users to navigate effectively. I have been in the lead generation digital marketing space for the better part of 15 years. I have recently discovered ClickPoint Software, specifically their LeadExec product.

WHERE TO I START?! I have enjoyed custom created software by way of my developer business partner for last 6 years until recently when we moved on to other ventures. I was looking for some tech to address that need. LeadExec is every bit that and more. It is natively a: lead distribution, CRM, Billing, payment processing, platform with the customization of Leadspedia and the simplicity usability of Boberdoo AND THEN SOME!

If that isn't impressive as that is... I'd argue the MOST desirable feature is the customer support. Elsa is like having your very own tech-angel to hop in and help you with Any of your custom set-ups. She helped me with a complex ping post set -up spanning days ON THE FREE PLAN! I'm not even a paying customer YET.

I'm so impressed I just want to say thank you to Gabe Buck and Elsa. I'll be upgrading to the paid plan as soon as my campaigns realize the revenue. Thank you again.
