I love Cliantha and their staff! Everyone there is nice. The staff is friendly and remembers my name. I've participated in several cream studies and will continue participating. Never any issues ☺️ The food here is great! Those that disagree haven't checked out other clinics.

It was a great costumer service (Yaniris) but in overall was a great service and it was very clean the dorm and bathrooms. Also I would like to make a point about the food. My opinion it’s that you guys should be serving little bit more of food in the next studies

Filthy facility. Cleaning is rare and never thoroughly done to medical standards. They don't even bother to clean the floor behind doors. Layered with dust & hair. Food for study volunteers is not good. Bunk beds are noisy & uncomfortable. Staff is not organized or welcoming. The vast majority of staff doesn't speak fluent English.
