I recently didn't have the greatest customer service experience with another local water purification company who originally installed my system. I've had a far better experience with Clean Water America. It started when I called. The woman who answered was knowledgeable, helpful, and pleasant. The tech who arrived today, Phillip B., was more helpful than I expected. The appointment began on time and he was a wealth of information in helping me truly understand my water system. Terry called with a time estimate before he departed for my home and included a tracking link should I want to know how far away he was prior to arriving. He was friendly, courteous, and appeared to be very professional while performing a scheduled maintenance and filter change on our whole house system and reverse osmosis system on our kitchen sink. I was very satisfied with the service and advice on using and maintaining our system.

Terry, the installer of our water filtration system, did a seamless installation. Terry explained the entire process, gave his best recommendation for the under the sink layout for the equipment and completed the install without any issues. I was a little concerned about drilling a hole into the countertop but it all worked out perfectly!!!

Phillip came by, diagnosed and fixed my issues in no time. My system from Clean Water has been amazing in the 5 years of ownership. I noticed a smell from the water so I called for a service appt. Got Phillip 2 days later which worked with my schedule. He found the issue and replaced the part and changed the filter and since he was there, had the 2 switches replaced. Phillip explained everything to me and the pricing was totally reasonable.

Had a great experience today as Clean Water Systems serviced our reverse osmosis and whole house water. Our tech was Phillip Bruce and he was personable, knowledgeable and I saw him even checking to make sure the counter was dried when he was finished. He definitely tried to leave things as nice or better than he found them.

Brian Losh, the service manager, has been phenomenal helping me learn how my system works and rushing over to check on it after a plumber (not with their company) accidentally early messed with the system as he was looking for the water shut off valve.

Everyone I have dealt with has been fantastic. Clean Water Systems doesn’t just sell you the system, they provide outstanding customer service after the fact as well.
