. Arvin really has gone to s***. City officials steal tax payers money living good. Don't spend any time in their own city. City workers have no pride for this city to want to keep it up. Waste even paying them. Our water is slowly killing us, our WATER! We're a agricultural city. We grow our food for our kids, your kids with water i dont give to my dogs. Arvin isn't even worth the time I'm taking to write this.
