I had an issue with my new laptop's camera and was crunched for time with a meeting approaching. I called the tech support line and got Brent. He was friendly and attentive to my issue. He went above expectations and not only identifying my problem, fixed it, and explain the issue, but had the forethought to question if any other laptop that was shipped to our company had the same issue.
I would highly recommend CITOC as an IT management company; if Brent is the caliber of the technical that CITOC support department has, I feel confident that any issue will be handle promptly and professionally. Thank You again for your help!

We were skeptical of changing companies because we had our last IT guy for so long. But when we got hit with ransomware and had to pay lots of fees, it was time to switch. We talked to a bunch of outsourcing groups and were most comfortable with CITOC.

They not only fixed our ransomware situation, they got us on the right track to make sure it never happens again. In addition we love having their people do our technology roadmaps and budgeting. We’ve never experienced IT at this level and will never go back.
