Bad service and the poorest Customer Service we’ve ever experienced.
We even upgraded our line and started paying $160 per month back in September for better service. Did the service improve? Nope! we still had issues. We are unable to work unable to have online classes for my son and we had zero understanding from the company despite our calls and complaints. Finally a technician was sent out and guess what, they tried to blame it on us, and didn’t even offer to refund us at least for the service we did not have.
We canceled our service and are filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
We had two witnesses present when the technician told us, he had trouble finding the signal and that it was up to Customer Service to see if anything else needed to be done. And to think that we tipped the technician twice, $20 each time! Cirra Networks, we are once again asking for the refund of the amounts charged for the services we did not get since September!

They contacted us to help us out and make our service better. Instead we got basically a useless service. I work from a home office and I can no longer do my job. We called and asked them to undo whatever they did and they told us to cut trees and buy a tower from them. Uhhhh, it was perfectly before they came out and screwed it up! Long time customer. Never had a complaint. I guess they’re good till they aren’t.

I have had cierra for almost 3 years. I have never had a problem with the customer service. Even when I forgot to pay the bill. (Autopay has saved face for me) the tech that we had helped us understand the liability of them attaching equipment to our roof. We paid for an Electrician/friend to basically put in a port for any service to connect to. Why take short cuts. I learned my lesson allowing ATT Techs to install by punching through my siding and metal roof. I gave cierra four stars because the service really suffers when it rains. Tonight while I am writing this the service has been interrupted. This is the first time in almost 3 years so I have no complaints. I just hope they get it fixed fast. It's Friday night I'm old and want to veg on the couch with my Roku. Lol

If i could give zero stars I would. This company is a joke! After 4 years of service they all of sudden said out signal is weakening everyone else and wants us to put up a $3000 tower to continue services. They shut our service off even though we have a tech schedule to come out in 3 days to move our equipment to a tower. It is bullcrap and the manager won't even talk to me when I try and call to get a better explanation. We always paid on bill on time and they are still refusing our money to continue the service for 3 more days until a tech can get here. We expressed we both work from home and they do not care. The crazy part is our service is the same speed as it was 4 years ago when they installed.

My household has been a customer for 7 years. In that time we have experienced very reliable service. The few times an issue has come up, I have always been able to speak directly to a person. If you call during office hours, they answer the phone. The hours are also extended past normal business hours which is a great help. The service does a great job keeping up with streaming TV, working multiple programs on a laptop and varrious other wifi devices. There are more options in our area now but due to the service and value I will not be leaving Cirra anytime soon.

The only reason I give them one star is because zero is not an option. Started with them about 3 years ago and it was great until last fall. Got bad and they said the tower needed upgrade and would be done shortly. This went on for three months and finally in about March of this year seemed to get better but not anywhere near as it was. Continued to pay the $95 per month. About two months ago started to have major problems. We don’t use much bandwidth so we never noticed until the speed got down below 1 mbps. Every time we called they would blame our equipment and I’ve bought two new routers in the process. Stay away from them. If they had just told me the truth, I wouldn’t be where I’m at today, searching for emergency internet so I can operate my small business. They did agree to credit my last months bill but I’ve have a minimum of nine months without even half what it should have been. Just to add a note, when they credited my last months bill, they shut off the service. After months of paying them for almost nothing, they didn’t wait 10 minutes.

Not sure why all the hate... I've used other networks in the area and Cirra has been great for the almost 2 years we've had them. Besides the high price per low Mbps I've never had an outage or issue wish them. The issues that most people are reporting I had on a daily basis with the other main provider in the area. Revamp your price plans to have better price points for your customers, because it's only a matter of time before big cable and DSL take over the country areas. Secure your customers now.

They switched me to paperless billing without consent. Sent me an email bill while I was on vacation. Got home less than 36 hrs after due date according to email. It was cut off. I immediately paid that day. It was a Friday at noon. They didn't turn in back on. I called and technician said just wait until Monday. So apparently they shut it off within 24 hrs on not paying and just take your money and turn it back on whenever they feel like it. Have been a customer for YEARS, always on time.
