My hockey team had a need for a site to connect all the players and families together via standard information and access to a central calendar. After a pretty extensive search, I came across Cider through a recommendation. Last year, I decided to create a website for my jewelry business. It was a long time coming, but something that had to be done. After a long search online I came across Cider and spoke with their representative. The process was quite smooth, many relevant questions were asked and after a short while a bid was presented to me. The proposal included not only website design and development but also included a recommendations to integrate a CRM system into the mix. This is something I didn't think about, but was a great proposition as managing the incoming customers and automating communication with them was something I wanted to do for a long time. For the task we choose Salesforce.com and Cider helped me in sourcing the relevant licenses for my employees. We integrated the system with my Quickbooks and setup all the necessary communication mechanisms to ensure I am able to stay in touch with my clients. The overall project took about 4 months which included developing the WordPress site and integrating Salesforce into the mix. The process was also very smooth, the team setup a project management tool to keep track of where the project is and connected me into their Slack channel to stay in touch with the Project Manager. No one in our industry has developed any kind of auction functionality - doing this without making it look cut-rate is really difficult. Cider allowed us to do this, and do it our way, and elegantly so. There were 4 key components to the project - a turnkey, auction-style e-Commerce solution, an auction house API crawler development piece, custom UI/UX design, and custom Buyer-vs.-Seller admin functionality.

Cider was able to help the Kidston team get our idea from ideation, to design, to a usable clickable prototype in about 60 days. Development commenced straight after and was a highly involved, hand-holding process.
