The DREAM TEAM!!! this is my second time working with Christa Lowry & her team. our experience has been nothing short of extraordinary every time. We had an open house on a Saturday and had multiple offers on Monday. Everyone worked tirelessly to close early for us and get us into our dream home! On the buying end, we worked with Allie who was also such a joy to work with. She was flexible with my husband’s late work hours and able to show us homes after dinner or at weekends which meant a lot to us. She found us our forever home and was able to get a better deal than we expected. Both Allie and Christa were so sweet, prompt and that perfect blend of professional & personal. You will be in the very best hands with Christa Lowry, Allie Webber & the rest of the team. We recently purchased a vacation home in Grover Beach with the excellent assistance of our real estate agent Allie Weber. Allie was always available to view homes with us. Sometimes on short notice, but she still made it happen. With Allie's help, we found our dream beach house and Allie was able to negotiate the right price and the offer was accepted within 48 hours. We closed escrow 30 days later with Allie leading us through the paperwork, deadlines, and inspection. Allie was always available by phone and addressed our questions and concerns promptly. Allie has a vast knowlege of the real estate world. She has also been a great help in providing information of area resources after we closed escrow. We are so glad we had her as our agent. Best agent to work with! I loved working with Christa! She is amazing! She had a great knowledge/sense of the market, was super clear and timely in her communications through out the selling process. I had the pleasure of working with Christa and her team to list and sell my home as well as to purchase a new home. Christa was very friendly and professional. The home she sold for me was part of a divorce agreement which can be complicated and uncomfortable. My experience with Christa was nothing of the sort. She promised to act as both of our fiduciaries with each of our best interests in mind. She did a wonderful job getting the home staged, marketed and sold after one open house and only four days on the market. Her team had great communication and made me feel like I was in good hands.
