My daughter attended this facility for two years, starting at three months old. In rooms 1-4, she had great engagement with the teachers and learned a lot. However, when she transitioned to the next room, the quality of her care significantly decreased. She became stressed and expressed that she didn't want to go to school anymore. I observed some teachers playing videos on a tablet instead of following the promoted curriculum. The way some teachers spoke to the two-year-olds was unacceptable. This affected my child in a negative way. The staff appeared overworked, frequently asking for help, and the facility has a high turnover rate.

Additionally, cameras are an extra cost and offer limited views. When I messaged the front desk with general questions, I received no response. Ultimately, I decided to pull my child from the facility and communicated my reasons. The director never followed up, confirming my belief that I made the right decision. In contrast, the director at the new facility we found was very involved, meeting my child and reassuring us that we were in good hands.

My son had a very bad exp here. Only went a short amount of time but it left a big impact and he has been scared to go to school since. They had a high turnover w staff in the few weeks we were there due to teachers going to college. I expressed my concerns and got zero feedback. I think all of the staff except one lady is extremely young and don't care about kids. At first my son was ok to go but every week got worse and worse bc there was no one there consistent. My son cried the whole day and I did not find out the next day until I picked him up. They refused to call me when he was crying for 9 hours which is what the staff told me, and when I asked why they didn't call she told me "she didn't know if they were able to." Yet she had never asked (she was new & young). Anyway. My son started a new school now that is very established and he goes happily.

Our daughter has been going here for the past 3 years and absolutely loves going to school. She's so excited every day that she points to her school from Highway 6 when we pass by. She always surprises me with what she's learned when she comes home. Our sons also started here back in September. They just recently moved rooms and I was surprised by how sad I was to say bye to Ms. Talat and Ms. M. The teachers really care for our little boys and still visit them when they have breaks. So far, the room 2 teachers have been so sweet and comforting with the move. I cannot say enough good things about these wonderful teachers. I look forward to all they will learn as they grow here!

One of the teachers would call our child slow to his face and around other teachers. Ms. Nohemí who was in charge at the time took our concerns seriously. She was long and out of respect to her and the teachers who did listen to our concerns we had chosen not to write a review. The teacher, according to the staff was sent for retraining. We decided to remove our son from the situation. The owner called us a few months after we had left saying she didn’t know what had happened. She wanted names of who had told us that the teacher had called him slow. It had started to affect the way our son talked to himself and he would cry if he scribbled he started building a negative relationship with school because of this teacher. I’m glad I pulled him when I did.

We have been attending here for about a year and I cannot express enough gratitude for the exceptional care my child receives here at CLH. The staff members take the time to understand each child unique personality and needs creating a customized experience for optimal growth and comfort. Communication with parents is excellent. The facility is always clean and well maintained. CLH provides a safe and stimulating space for my son/others to learn and play helping them with social skills and cognitive development. They have activities throughout the year involving parents and the children. The front staff and teachers are so kind and friendly. Would definitely recommend to all my friends and family.

My son did not have a good experience at lighthouse imperial. He was constantly falling and coming home with bruises and instead of taking accountability, the teachers blamed my son. He’s a baby! I had several issues with the lack of respect from teachers, and not all the teachers are trained in early childhood education. The floors were filthy which is why I believe my son stayed sick, and the young teachers that they hire don’t have the proper background to care for children. Ms. Nidia is the best teacher there. Ms. Brianna was very rude to me. Ms. Katy claimed to be making improvements but I didn’t feel safe with my son there. I’ve heard the same complaints from other parents so I’m surprised to see all these positive ratings. I don’t recommend this school to anyone looking for childcare. My son is fun he so much better since I’ve moved him to another school so I know lighthouse WAS THE PROBLEM.

This Daycare is awesome! The facility is always clean and the staff is always friendly. The teachers are great leaders and set the kids up for a successful future! Mrs. Ishrat is a great example of one of the amazing teachers who not only teach but care deeply for the kids.

Our son has been attending this daycare since the age of 6 months. The teachers are very caring, aware of the needs of infants. They are flexible with special accommodations as well. He has been in 2 classes (Infants with Ms. Talat, Ruth and Marisleydis and toddler with Ms. Aisha, Jessica, Leila and Melanie) and we’ve had a great experience so far.
