This office is a complete joke! Management needs to step up and make changes in the way they are running this place! It has been over 2 months of leaving voicemail after voicemail and transfer after transfer with no call back or resolution. Is saddens me that all these parents in these comments have to go through all this disgraceful service just to get care and help for our kids! You guys need to do better! Sincerely "The Parents"

If I can do no stars I would. I’m soooo upset they won’t even call me back. I did the Application online like 3 or 4 months ago and I get no calls and I leave multiple messages on their machine. I’m still calling tell this day and I can’t even walk in because their lobby is closed still! Like what are we supposed to do? When no one answers?!!! Sooooo unprofessional. This is supposed to help hard working moms and dads who unfortunately can’t afford sitter by themselves… they are not doing their job at all.

More bad than good. Ladies behind the desk are short tempered snobby as soon as they find out your a provider the red carpet is rolled out I feel sorry for their clients. Very few workers are actually courteous customer service needs an overhaul.

wonderful place to help out with the kids but the workers there play too many games with the hours and always sending you paperwork that you never received and never pay your babysitters properly which make you eventually use your job they really need retraining and they really need some customer service on how to talk to people and how to deal with situations they're very rude and the workers don't seem to really want to do their jobs and they seem to want to argue with you and always tell you no matter what you do they're going to be right that's not good customer service skills and they really need some training and they know you need a new fresh staff in here so that the same people don't keep working with the same people or nothing get accomplished they need a new boss from the headquarters that come down and watch over them

Been calling for weeks and no response even emailed and text still no response. But yet I have a deadline to turn in the paperwork and can’t even get up with anyone for questions and concerns. Very unprofessional and concerning especially when it involves peoples children.

I've been coming here for years and it's been awhile since I've been in but I noticed a big change and not for the better.i tried to wash a load in hot water and got straight cold water in my first machine and again I tried hot water in the second machine I was using and I got luck warm and that's putting it nicely.
