I live in Folly Beach in a house that is vertical, made of cement for the most part and has many rooms - in other words, a nightmare from a Wifi networking perspective. I was recommended to the Charleston Technology Group by a friend and my level of satisfaction began even before I engaged their services. Ian, who I worked with along with one of his partners, was so responsive to my many inquiries by phone and e-mail that I felt as if I know him and we had become friends even before he visited my house. When he did, he was right on time and provided me with a number of alternatives for my challenging situation. Once we agreed on a design, he was able to give us the best price and even save a few dollars on top of that because there were one or two items from the old system that he said were still useable. When the installation was complete, he stayed until every variable was tested and every scenario played out before he declared the installation a success. The next day, though all was working perfectly, he called just to be sure everything was functioning properly and to ask if I had any questions I had forgotten to ask while he was here. Professionalism, expertise, fair prices - what else could anyone ask for. Well, so long as you asked, I will tell you. On top of everything, Ian and his partner were so much fun to be around. Despite the fact that they were working the entire time, he still made time to hang out with my wife and I and we had a blast. There you have it - Charleston Technology Group gets my unequivocal recommendation across the board. I could not be happier.
