Charles and his team deftly handled the complex addition and renovations to our existing residence. The creation of a new addition for a Master Bedroom along with additions off other sections of the house and a new pool dressing and bath addition were all added to our existing footprint. While all the additions were being developed an extensive remodeling was taking place on the interior by opening up our Living Room, Kitchen, Dining and Pool Lanai creating a beautiful flowing interior. We now have a new Master Bedroom Suite with plenty of closets and a new Master Bath.

All the additions were organized around our new swimming pool and landscaped rear yard. Charles worked seamlessly with our interior designer Stacey Kirschner, our daughter. The two of them continuously modified the interiors and collaborated on material selection as we made endless changes. We are so happy with our new home and will enjoy the holidays in our new setting.

I hired Mr. Nafie for an apartment design in NYC and was given a fee of $4,500. I paid Mr. Nafie an initial $2,000 then several weeks later received an email sent to a number of people asking for a $10,000 loan. Since he had a relationship with my husband I sent him the remainder of his fee in good faith. Mr. Nafie conducted two short site visits, and provided two conceptual sketches. Then turned around and stated he spent 51 hours on my project and the fee was $9300. We never received any final design or drawings and the project was far from completed. I would not recommend Mr. Nafie for any work of any kind.
