Fabulous! Love it! Had a party 3 quads and 2 babies. The tour guides are veryaccomidating to babies needs and the kids that came in our party ranging between ages 11 to 18 years. At first I didn't know what to expect because all the other reviews have good things to say but no mention of children or babies. At the end of the first trip the guides turn the carts around and we got to enjoy the site and have snacks. We came at 8am because it wasn't too hot. Today is suppose to hit 93 degrees! We are done by 10am. No charge for parking until 10am so we saved some way. Haha! Guides are super nice and very knowledgeable of the area. Love it!

I’d like to recognize Steve, who went out of his way to help me locate a store I previously visited back in the Fall. On his lunch break, he walked to the area I pictured and called me back with a detailed list of stores and names of streets. In our world of technology, it is rare to have a person answer the phone and be overwhelmingly helpful! Thank you Steve!

Great when it's open, but we often find it closed when we get into town, just when we'd like to be making our plans.

They should invest in plexiglass boxes to put outside some of the more popular & helpful publications, like Exit Zero & the restaurant guide, so even when they're closed, they are they can still be helpful.

The people at the desk were very knowledgeable and helped plan a fun walking route around town for me. They gave me a map (quite helpful), a few brochures, and a bag with Cape May diamonds. Everyone was really friendly and the building was super clean.

Parking for 3 hours cost me $4.95 at this lot. Much much better than the $8 per hour at the big lot across the street.

This is location to catch the shuttle bus back to cape may lewes ferry.

The building is an old rail station. It's nicely decorated inside. There are restrooms.

The down side: they don't want anyone waiting inside, no matter how hot or rainy it is outside. There are restrooms but they don't want you changing clothes there (2 blocks from beach). Hours are much shorter than the busses run, so you can't count on access to bathroom,

The staff is very professional and knowledgeable. However, there is a sign posted inside that is very disturbing. It states that you cannot stay inside while waiting for a bus even while raining. You need to remove that sign immediately. YOU ARE A WELCOME CENTER.

Had a disheartening experience. All staff have always been super kind, extremely sweet and helpful, however one taller man with brown hair on staff was very rude to me as I waited for my partner. We got to the station early and just made some bathroom trips. As I was waiting for my partner, I noticed the other employees quietly talking to him as he stared at me. He then walked over to me, hunched a bit to my level and said a tad annoyed "I understand you're waiting for your boyfriend but there is no waiting in the station for busses at all." If he knew I was just waiting for my boyfriend and we were taking bathroom breaks I don't understand why he had to scold me for simply waiting. I don't know if the other women at the desk were non-chalantly saying things about my partner and I to the man. I was about to leave with my partner once he got out anyway so the scolding was completely uneccessary. I think it's perfectly reasonable to come in and out for two bathroom breaks and wait for my partner, especially since we got to the center early for our bus.

Was looking for specific information regarding walking trails from the Bird Conservatory to the lighthouse. The agent was was very helpful in explaining there were no trails directly but that there were wooden walkways at the lighthouse which were excellent. She also suggested bird watching excursions through the marshes. She was very friendly and helpful!
