I had an accident with my laptop where something had spilled on the keyboard. I called Chad told him what had happened he said no problem. Chad had to order a new keyboard and replaced it and I still had it back in an about week. My laptop works as good as if it was brand new and with Chad it WILL NOT cost you an arm and a leg he is extremely reasonable, call Chad and you will not regret it at all.

In all honesty I was worried at first that I wouldn't find a place to fix the hinges on my laptop. But even though even it took a little longer to get done, because he had to find the part and order it. He got it back to me as soon as he could and let me know every step of the way so I wasn't left in the dark . Then when I got it back it looked good as new!

I took my old computer to Chad so that my kids could use it. He cleaned it up and was running better than my new one! I just took my new computer to him for a cleanup and upgrade to Windows 10. So glad I did... It’s running great now. Chad is very knowledgeable and courteous. I am so glad that I have found someone that I can trust to help with my personal computers. I don’t have time for a tech support!!!

I needed a chip taken off a board for my card window, and another one soldered on. He did the soldering and called within two hours. He wanted to see if the new chip on the board worked, his work enabled me to roll a window up and down and saved me big dollars that the dealer would have charged to put in a new part. Dealers do not repair those type of items. I am glad I called him, he is a nice young man and does great work. Highly recommend this business.
