I cannot thank these guys enough. After an update, my PC went haywire. With being an author, my computer is one of the most important things in my life. I took it in on a Wednesday afternoon and they called me Friday morning saying it was done. $130 and less than 48 hours. 10000% would recommend.

We have worked with Mike and Bobby at Cermak for over 5 years now, they installed our initial networking and maintained our server for 5 years, also monitoring it monthly for a resaonable monthly fee. When we moved into our new factory, we had no hesitation in partnering with Cermak to build and install our new server and new security camera server. Both were installed without issue and user accounts were integrated seemlessly. We also met Jeremy and he was also excellent, all 3 managed our new integration professionally. If we ever have any IT questions, no matter how large or small, they are always quick to respond by email or phone and remote in when needed. An excellent partner and source you can rely upon.

This is the 2nd time I've used the to fix my laptop, if my children would stay off of it I wouldn't need them. But they do great work and they're a good bunch of people. I'd recommend them highly.
