I am so happy with the service Terry and his teammates provided me. Right from the customer service, when I booked my repair, to the delivery and installation. Throughout the process his team was extremely courteous, knowledgeable, and communicated diligently. Furthermore, my computer was repaired swiftly and his fees were very reasonable with no extra hidden charges. I really appreciated dealing with such honest and nice people! worst service. brought my son's phone there 2 months ago for a cracked screen. they got the screen too small, and then ordered the wrong year and then kept opening the phone causing the battery to break and then short circuit the entire phone. they've had the phone for 2 months for the most part. it is crazy. I just got it back!!

when I brought my son's phone in, it worked and only had a cracked screen...I left with a broken phone that doesn't even work. they had the phone for 2 months. so unacceptable. I would NEVER recommend this place. I had to just get a new phone. I just got a refund but didn't even get the 50 diagnostic fee back! such a rip off. they are HORRIBLE with communication and completely inept. no faith they could fix my phone let alone anything. do NOT bring your equipment there. save yourself! they will keep your stuff for months and rarely keep you updated. you have to hunt them down!

Cerberus was easy to work with. I dropped off my computer late on a Friday and had a diagnostic after the weekend. They were upfront about costs, overall economical and transparent, and a pleasure to work with. Thank you!

As a veteran I try to shop at veteran owned businesses. I had an issue I couldn't install itunes on my computer. I brought the computer in on a Thursday and by Saturday afternoon the machine wasn't even touched. The technician was RUDE telling me it was going to take 3 days to test my computer to diagnosis the issue. Since it was close to closing time I took my computer back because they closed at 3 and even if he finished the test the most he could do is tell me what the issue was and not fixed it till Monday.
I was still charged $67 for the test which he didn't even finish and am writing this review and will take my business elsewhere in the future. When they reinstalled windows It cost me $200 in addition to their antivirus treatment so they are not a business I would recommend.
It took 3 days to get my computer back then too Its not like they are high priced but quick service. I had another place that took 2 days to do the same service and was much friendlier

I went into Cerberus Technology Solutions when they first opened several years back. At this time I was not pleased. I was not treated very nicely when I entered and my questions although answered were answered rather gruffly. This time around, my husband took my son's phone to be repaired. He needed a new screen. My husband said he had a fantastic experience and did not occur have the same issues I had several years back. So when I was the one to go and pick it up I wasn't sure what to expect, but they could not have been nicer. What a fantastic experience this time around. Not only was it relatively inexpensive but an overall pleasant experience. I would definitely return to and recommend others to use this place.

I had an issue with my IPhone that Zach was easily able to fix. He was extremely professional. I have used this place 3 times and have had great service every time. It’s not the kind of place you look forward to using but it’s nice to know they can repair almost any phone issue you bring them. I highly recommend them.

Cerberus delivered the solution I was in search of. I completely cracked/splintered the screen of my practically brand new cell phone and needed a replacement. I brought my phone to Cerebus, and was informed of the cost, process and timeline for the repair. Cerberus maintained contact with me throughout and Terry personally made sure that I was satisfied with the work. I feel confident that Cerberus is a reliable source for any phone/computer related issues that could arise for me in the future.

Excellent work! Friendly Service! Reasonably priced!! Highly recommend!! This was my first time at Cerberus and I was very impressed It's very stressful when you think you may lose everything on your laptop, Everyone here was patient, took their time, and made sure the job was done the right way. I have a second laptop that I will be bringing by very soon.
