We do not get the service we pay for. Recurring outages. Availability estimated at less than 50% (conservatively). Customer service is horrendous. Example: When seeking assistance, was on the phone for 2 1/2 hours. Transferred 12 times. Each time the rep said it was the wrong department. The call was terminated without resolution. Tried another time using CL Chat. Another hour of my life I will never get back. Once again, transferred 5 times to wrong department until told they could not assist because I was chatting from the wrong phone This company knows they are not providing the contracted service in our area, yet they continue to accept new customers.

They by far have to be the worst internet service I have ever seen. The tech support is horrible I will definitely be canceling my service and going with a mobile hot spot instead. I recommend not to use this sorry service. I have had 3 technicians at my house in 2 days and still couldn’t figure out what was wrong. They promised me 3GB data speeds and I get 58kbs. That is very unacceptable. There is no excuse for that at all. They lie to there customers that’s the truth

I have had VERY, VERY POOR internet service over the last 3 months. It has been slow the past year, but now I LOOSE CONNECTION. I cannot complete my nursing continuing education, upload any pictures, watch any streamed movies or research any websites. I feel lucky if I can place orders for my business and can print a receipt. I have checked my modem with their customer service and it says it is working properly. DON'T PURCHASE THIS SERVICE!!!!!!!

After using my phone hotspot out of desperation, I realized it was infinitely more reliable than the service CenturyLink provides. I urge all to find a different service. This company will scam you with a router and service less useful than a toaster.

You just transfered to new name bright speed and after been given the run around and having trouble getting a decent phone number I got through to a very nice and helpful agent named Julie. When I got off the phone with her It felt like I met a new friend today. Very pleasant and welcoming.

Took me over a week to finally talk to a real person and not get hung up on when I was trying to disconnect service because I was moving. Their automated bot is the worst I have ever dealt with and hung on me every single time. Then I tried using the chat online and the person just disconnected it without ever trying to offer a solution or help in any way. Never really had a probably with the internet side, but they had a "free upgrade" for my internet and said the bill would be the exact same. It wasn't. Ended up still being $4-5 more each month. They also say you can get better service in your area online (at your area) than you actually can when you contact them to upgrade to that much. What a scammy company.

Centurylink internet service is the slowest I have ever had and I have worked in many third world countries. They call my service broad band but it is terribly slow. They tell me this is the fastest they have in my area, very deferent story than when I signed up. Don’t trust what they say.

The worst internet ever. first of all their automated service when you call they have you call 3 different numbers and on top of that the automated voice repeats its self like 3 times after you ask to speak with a representative 10 times. 2nd they start working on an outage and don’t even bother to let their clients know about it, a little heads up sounds professional! Instead they say you’ll receive a text when it’s fixed! What good does that do if you don’t even know from the beginning that they are working on it! Last, is nothing gets solved and still sucks.
