Very friendly and professional staff. Would definitely recommend this place. Just do not rely on monitary compensation, as it will come when they decide to put it on your card. Still have not received anything for over a month. Other than that, great experience.

I've completed the Novavax study in which I participated. because at the time I initially signed up, I was not in the demographic eligible for the vaccine out in the real world, and hoped that I'd be part of the group that would get the actual vaccine and not the placebo. I was pleased to find out that they've decided to amend the study to let participants have both, the placebo as well as the actual vaccine. I'm not sure whether it's due to my aversion to being around people, or the effectiveness of the vaccine, but (knock on wood) I've not been stricken with Covid.
The staff was very accommodating, especially when rescheduling missed appointments. Blood samples were taken on several visits, but Mrs. Danesha was very skilled, and she neither inflicted pain, nor left bruises. (If the medical field becomes too boring for her she'd make a great assassin).
I didn't realize I'd be getting paid for the study until after I signed up, so that was definitely an added bonus.

They need to pre qualify the clinical research volunteers before they arrive. I drove an hour both ways and it was unnecessary. One question about my blood pressure and i could have saved 2 hours of my time. I guess they dont feel my time is as valuable as the IACT health research staffs time. Distespectful. I dont recommend this facility to anyone. Upon reading my review the owner patronized me. Don't underestimate the intelligence of the volunteers. Customers and clientele are smarter than ever because of our unlimited resources through the internet.
