I came to centralina for help and being able to have contact with my mom. The person who I worked with did a terrible job assisting me to be able to communicate with my mom. I understand being overworked that would take Month's to have a full conversation with the person I get that. however this person would not listen to me she would not be fair and after about two years I got nowhere in working with her on this issue. only after I spoke up and spoke out and said no more and would not go along with her any longer i finally get somewhere I took over and handled the issue myself and I now enjoy a wonderful relationship with my mom and with the facility she is at anyway regardless of what I said to the person from centralina regardless of how much I could prove that I have a good relationship with my mom this person would not hear me she was unfair this person would not look at the realities of the situation instead she was distrusting and in a fantasy world
