A former employee in Dallas, TX. Was fired after missing work, due to the stress he had a heart attack. He were required to work 7 day per week and on-call the remaining day and night. He was required to submit to drug testing, a physical, Employee was required to produce doctor's note stating they could return with no restrictions. Once this was all completed and passed "Employee was told they were not needed "
