They are very unprofessional and like to take advantage of people. I have been out since 11/01 due to an injury, they never paid me for the first 2 weeks, 2 days when my employer kept me off of work for those 2 weeks. They wanted me to rest. By law, they are required to pay you if they can't accommodate your light duty. I have documentation and doctor's notes to prove it! Email from the manager to prove it! Also, they like stopping your checks for no reason! I went back to work with restrictions in March and Kala decided to stop my checks for no reason! Was not getting anything for the first month! Only minimum wage from my employer! I had to get my attorney involved. When they finally sent out a check, it got lost in the mail! Im really glad Amy took over because it has been a lot better. I am sure not gonna forget about that $1,651.00 I am owed for those 2 weeks,2 days I never got paid for! They do not make up the laws! Not very professional! Also, when the MRI was ordered, kala was blowing everyone off including my doctors! She never returned anyone's phone calls. It wasn't till 2 months later in January I found out it was finally approved. She tried to claim it was approved in December. Not true! If it was, she never told anyone about it including my doctor! I was calling them every week for an update! She was so bad, she never liked returning anyones calls!!! Personally think she had it out for me! Just wait till the end, i'm not settling this case that easily!!! May decide to take it to court! I do not like being taken advantage of!!!

If I could give this company 0 stars it would still be too many. No one returns calls they issued a check the end of last week 4 months after my husband's injury but have yet to print it to get it sent. I have been the one to get charts and files from the doctors office and email them to our claims adjuster because their employees are too lazy to do their job. Now after I have spoke to the supervisor, and complained, extremely nice considering the fact that it is taking this long, they told me they will no longer speak to me because it has nothing to do with me(according to them).

Not much in the way of "atmosphere" but it's always packed, and the food is always cooked well. It's a regular stop for breakfast these days.

Been horrible dealing with this organization. Having to keep telling doctors offices, testing facilities and hospital to resubmit bills here.
