Charged me 200 to address a problem with my PC problem was not addressed, was charged 200+ for a horrible cleaning job dust still visible, a $30 cooling system they said was better, and ultimately am still left with the same problem. It also took days longer than told I would never go here.

The store provides all the assistance you need for electronic repair or parts and information to build on your own. Gives me the feeling of the 90:s and early 2000 when I would go to FRYs for pc parts. Other than the parking situation you will not find a better store in the Diablo area.

Rizwan and his crew have been my computer guys for more than 20 years. I'm self-employed working on my computer so having people this good and reliable has been a lifesaver. CCI's done all my computer maintenance and repair and they built the desktop computer I use. That computer is better than anything I could have bought for the same price. Glad to recommend CCI highly.

I have been coming to CCI Computers for five plus years. They have always been upfront, respectful, reasonable and a pleasure to work with. I am a senior citizen, and technologically I need a lot of hand holding like many of us who didn't grow up computers. Most establishment aren't as elderly friendly as these guys. I don't drive, and they will come to me and deliver computer back to me: this is very helpful. I highly recommend anybody who is in a similar situation as me.
