Ordered two replacement ink ribbons - how shipping a box weighing just a few ounces costs $20 when the ink costs the same boggles my mind. Both were delivered bone DRY. I called for replacements and was told "that's hard to believe because we don't keep stock more than two weeks." Not only did she call me - the customer - a liar, my employer would have had to PAY to ship the duds back. Once they "determined" that I wasn't lying, they would then ship replacement products without reimbursing our double shipping costs. Don't bother buying from a company with such disappointing customer service. We will take our business elsewhere.

Horrible business, sells Time clocks that are no longer available, They did give me a refund, does not answer emails, I asked for assistance, offered no help, take your business somewhere else

Called and asked if they might know where I could get a nice coo coo clock for my wife birthday. The girl that answered the phone was not interested in helping me at all . You would think that being in business for 57 years they just might have a clue where one could be found.

Can't get a straight answer from these people. I ordered the clock but our bell didn't work with it. I then ordered the bell and after paying all that money it had no POWER pack with it? Really I called and got nowhere, left message and no response. Will not go here again!! Beware not sure about this place.
