Aweful experience. I was staying in gridley for a few months due to a job and came in with some questions. I was treated like a fool and they basically escorted me out. I was trying to look for other items but the weirdo was just following me around staring at me and getting way too close. Aweful store. I should've called the police the way the employee was acting.

Best customer service I’ve received at a hardware store. Came here for a new chainsaw and while we were getting it setup, find a few other items in the store, they even had hot cocoa for the kids. Amazing shop, will recommend to others!

Absolutely best hardware store around. Great customer service. They carry all the items you could possibly need. They carry enough lumber other stuff out back for the house. Their plant selection is huge. The new owners have done a great job with the store, I love the improvements they have made giving it a great touch.

I was specifically told by a cashier (who checked beforehand) that if this Portable AC didn't work for my purposes that I could return it as per their return policy, but upon returning it, the manager (Richard) just gave me a flat out NO without any real reason.

I would not have gotten it without the assurance of the return policy being upheld but this store does not operate properly and uphold their own policy.

Always a helpful, friendly place to shop locally. Prices are sometimes comparable to big box stores, but mostly higher priced. If I can't go out of town, it works out OK for me. The guys working are very knowledgeable.
