The best service provider I’ve ever had—Reliable, reasonable and responsive when issues arise. Hometown employees make troubleshooting much more efficient than other service providers in today’s corporate world. I’m proud of the leadership at Camellia Communications and thankful for the way they give back to our community!

Service technician arrived about 1--2 hours after I called about problem. Replaced bad power supply and had everything back to running in less than 15 minutes. Both people I dealt with, (phone customer service and technician on site), was very professional and extremely polite. Restored my faith in customer service with their understanding and level of willingness to get out internet fixed as quick as possible.

The only reason it gets 1 star is because they do have good service when the internet goes out. However, at 65 dollars for "up to" 3mbps download and .25 upload speed is an outrageous price for such slow broadband speed. They want over 100 a month for "up to"10mbps download. They should be ashamed to price gouge as they do just because there is no other viable choice in the rural areas they serve. Like the other reviewer said, the FTC or the FCC should look into this company. National average for broadband now is 95 mbps. It's like being on a dial-up modem.

The internet service is poor. Customer service is terrible. I pay $200 a month and I am not satisfied at all. After hours, you get an answering service that doesnt communicate with the office. Technical support is non-existent. The Federal Trade Commission should look into this company. Save your money, it's a ripoff. Change my mind.

Service could definitely be better, especially if you pay for the highest package. But overall for the price it’s okay
