COM's do not return calls, we have had 4 com's. None if them did their job .The worst one never contacted us, never made his monthly visits, did not return calls and didn't get services approved. We found out from the therapist he could no longer come because it was not authorized. They sent BA's that were told not to do certain physical exercises and did it anyway, he needed to use his time with my son to get ready for the state police exam. Now he has permenate damage to both knees. The list if horrible things goes on. Unless this is your only option, even then I'd say don't go there, don't get involved with them.
