I was given the incorrect address by multiple employees of Cambridge on where to send the return material after ordering books with a sales rep. This resulted in the books I returned getting lost in the mail for a month. When they were finally returned to me only half of the books made it back to me. The other half were lost by USPS with no insurance because of being mailed "media." This mistake that your employees do not admit to making has resulted in an $800 loss for our language program. I will never recommend your products or use them ever again. It has been a horrible experience working with these products.

One of the worst experienced I've had purchasing a book is from this place. It took a month for the book to be shipped and they didn't bother to apologize. Horrible customer service!
