Avoid this place at all cost! It is infested with roaches, at first it nice and they will show you the nicest apartment then that the apartment you will get I live here for 1yr it is the worst apartment place ever! There is no manager and the tema is the office is horrible and unprofessional! My apartment got flooded with roaches.. ass well flooded with water I had to throw all my brand new furniture and some clothes etc due to the roaches! It was disgusting 🤢 I talked to more neighbors they would say the been having that problem for years! They kept my deposit and charged me what about all my items they didn’t care for one bit! It looks nice but it’s horrible!

I told management that I had a sewage oder in kitchen. And that sometimes sewage would show up in kitchen sink. They would blame the city, saying it there's pipes that is doing it. Until they did construction and found that there was a busted pipe under my kitchen the entire time. Plus construction took 2 weeks while I was there.

Rents too high on a tiny apt. Pay 1965.00. Some people are messy. Leaving pet mess in the hallways. Feed stray cats in the parking lots.

The newly remodeled apartments is beautiful. Unfortunately I had to break my lease because I bought a house however the management team has been so nicely to work with me in anything I may need. This place is safe and the amenities are awesome.
I am going to be real as of February, two months after turned in keys I got last minute charges even though when I left they mentioned nothing was due. I don’t think it’s okay.

Drove by at the off chance off chance of possibly viewing a few of their floor plans for a 1 bedroom. Even without a reservation tour (which you can book time and date online through their website) they took us in right away to show us two available rooms. The staff was so kind and honest about questions we had. Giving us a great tour and time to also view the listing ourselves to truly discuss how we felt. Maintenance was at work throughout multiple parts of the complex with renovations of the facility. The facility was clean, quiet, friendly faces, multiple dogs (dog friendly). We are waiting to hear back from them regarding a future listing. Looking forward to speaking with them soon, don’t hesitate to call or swing by.

Worst complex ever. THEY WILL ENTER YOUR APARTMENT WITHOUT YOUR KNOWLEDGE. They had a roach infestation that was very bad when i moved in. Now it’s manageable which is disgusting when referring to roaches. I still see about 6 random roaches every month to say the least so imagine how bad it was in the beginning. They shut the water off every couple of weeks with no prior knowledge to the water being shut off. You just wake up one morning and can’t take a shower or wash you hands. Maintenance men working in apartments doors away from your starting at 7:30 am with no noise notices or anything to let you know prior and you can hear it all because these walls are paper thin. You can hear your neighbors getting abused from the upstairs apartment every morning from 3-6am. Just very ghetto i can’t wait to leave this place. Please don’t waste your money here.

I enjoyed my stay there for 14yrs the management was also great though all I can say good atomspree unfortunately I lost my lease and to move out but it's a beautiful place to live at least for myself.

I called today on a limb hoping to find apartment for sale, Lucas answered my call and set me and my fiancé up for a day of appointment. The apartments here are absolutely beautiful. I hope we get approved! Lucas was so informative and extremely fun to be shown these apartments around with. He was nothing short of accommodating, generous, and kind. Even if we don’t get the pleasure of living here, I had a wonderful experience coming in and getting our tour.
