I purchased first software licensing probably 10 years ago. Now we have 4 stations, online ordering from last year(very easy setup) and I just ordered tablet. I never ever had bad experience. 10 years ago it was the cheapest option for us to choose from and I believe nothing changed on that. VERY affordable compare to another companies. Software is excellent and the experts support is always there. Anybody who is still thinking..GO FOR IT!

Never realized how great these guys are until I tried a newer POS... The newer POS systems are just polished garbage. Although, the newer POS systems have support people that can talk to you 24/7, they are rarely able to actually help.

BPA POS' support is incredibly efficient and knowledgeable! Their POS system is well thought out and gives the user control over their data. I plan on moving my new location back to you guys and look forward to sticking with you guys into the future!
Just please don't lose what you already offer!

BPA has handled our point of sale and back office software for nine + years. We are extremely satisfied with their products. Their tech support is by far the best we've ever worked with. We recently had a glitch in our accounting that was strictly do to the way we were entering information and where we were posting it. Joe from BPA went way beyond what anyone would expect to rectify the problems. He not only fixed some deep problems, along the way he taught us how to do a much better job of tracking our business. We most highly recommend BPA's customer service and products!

Great software, incredible sales team, and a team of technicians and engineers that are always top notch and helpful. We will never change our Point Of Sale Software.

I am a small business man with 3 restaurants in southern California, have been using an old register for almost 30 years and by the way, I couldn't program my old register. When I was deciding to upgrade to a POS system, my main and only worry was who is going to program it? I had used the Business software solutions over 15 years ago. Then I knew a tech guy who set it up for me. I decided to program my new POS myself. The staff at BPA, from the person who would answer the phone to sales department to the technical support team, they all were very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Even at times they will call and follow up to see if I was able to finish my task and to see if I needed additional help. I am planning to upgrade all 3 restaurants. I highly recommend people at BPA.
