Customer support leaves a little to be desired. I wish that they were more prompt with their return phone calls.

It took me a little over a week to get someone on the phone and once I was able to do this they were completely unprofessional and rude.

I have been a customer of theirs for years now and it really surprises me how inconsiderate the representatives are that work at this company.

Quite honestly if I wore a new customer looking for these sort of technology services I would highly recommend that you look elsewhere as there are other companies within the valley that do a much better job through their service and support.
