Well unfortunately this will be my last trip here. Can't rate the food. Never got to order. Pulled up to the speaker and was told they'd be with me momentarily, which is fine. Waited a few minutes and another vehicle pulled up to the other speaker, they was greeted promptly and ordered right away while I waited. They pulled forward as I still waited. I left, the lake whales location lost my business for the exact same reason.

This Burger King rarely has hot crispy fries, doesn't get orders right often. Been here a decent amount of times, and the past 5 times they didn't give me what I ordered. They are understaffed and don't care.
So in short go to a different burger king or stop at the gas station and at least you will get what you payed for.

Burger King was awesome. We went because my child had told me about this. Make Your own Burger. So I had to go check it out. We went, and the service was amazing. Everyone was truly nice, and the food was also good. I got to make my own burger the way I wanted to.

Ordered three burgers.. One of them was completely raw. I couldn’t even eat it. I cant return it because I ordered it on the way home, I live 40 minutes away from Fort Meade. This is absolutely disgusting. Please teach your chefs how to cook properly… Even the bun had red juice also mr like blood.

The manager Luisa over the phone does not seem to be more sympathetic with her customer when orders are left out after getting all the way home. Just lets me know that my chicken sandwich is here and waiting for me. But in the meantime I had to ride all the way back knowing my fries and my hubbies order will not be hot by the time we eat it. I recommended to her it had happened numerous times of her employees leaving orders out. No apology no nothing just yup! Your sandwich is here!

Worst Burger King ever manger was rude the other associates too got upset cause I wanted a refund because they had no gloves on and were being very rude and the manager threw the food against the wall and another worker came up front and started cussing at me and the manager said nothing it was just crazy and you already wait 15 mins b4 you get your food

I went to this burger King and ordered a sandwich only to get raw meat that I didn't realize was raw till I was almost done. I contacted the manager to explain everything to him and he dismissed my concerns. I told him that I would contact corporate to tell them what was going on and he told me you do that. I respect the heck out of people who work in food service but this is completely unacceptable. This particular place doesn't care about people. If I get sick it is what it is but what if someone who can't deal with getting sick from eating uncooked food eats this. Burger King I love your Whopper but this particular manager needs to get talked to. Unfortunately I didn't get his name but he is extremely rude and gives Burger King a bad name.
