First of all the product itself is very very bad and something always keeps breaking. Aside from that, the bigger issue after stopping using their product is that I keep getting spammed by their emails non-stop despite:

1. Clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email no less than 10 times (not exaggerating)

2. Contacting support to remove me from the mailing list no less than 10 times (not exaggerating)

3. Asking support to delete all my personal data no less than 3 times (no response)

See some of the screenshots. These are the tip of the iceberg. I have dozens more, same story, different face. They claim to remove me from the list, and yet every time I keep getting their emails. Only option is to mark their emails as spam, but is that what they want? And also why aren't they deleting all my data when I ask them to?

They will likely respond to this saying to "contact their support at xxx email", but that simply won't work, same as it hasn't past 20 times lol. Stay away, these guys store your data, keep harassing you with emails, and then lie to you that they "removed you from the list", but in fact they keep your data and likely sell it to others too as I noticed much more spam email after being involved with them.

I am still on the platform however... I want to express that I was offered and accepted a fee for lifetime membership and was grandfathered in as they grew however they have not honored the grandfathered in and keep increasing the fee. I was $35 then $54 now with out any notification it went up to $75. If you are a business that offers to be grandfathered in since you have been with the company since they started it should be honored.

A while ago when they were starting out and needed funds, they offered me Mailingboss Lifetime, a plan that gave you lifetime access to the Mailingboss email marketing tool. And I trusted them and paid for said plan. After they grew up, they threw us aside and blocked our access to the tool. When contacting support, do not offer us anything in return, neither access to the tool, nor an alternative on your part. They just threw us away. You really can't trust the platform.

There is not a person available to assist. UPDATE: Service is still horrible. It's been months since I've asked for assistance to change my password and (still) no one is able to assist. My website's content was changed without my permission. Do not recommend.

i was a member for 6 month than i ended my membership, in their facebook group they only allow positive comments, these people who left positive most of them are admin.
