Brooks Jeffrey Computer Services personnel Justin C., Mark D. and Kyle C. are each top tier technical and professional staff members. Justin initially met with me to discuss and analyze the problem I had with my laptop computer. Mark then performed a thorough diagnostics study on my computer and successfully determined it had a failing hard drive. A new hard drive was ordered. Upon receipt, Kyle installed the new hard drive, imaged my old hard drive, saved and subsequently restored all of my files, data, software and applications onto the new hard drive. Within only a few short days, my computer was returned to me in a fully-functioning condition, with all of my previous data restored and uncorrupted. Additionally, this was all done quickly and efficiently, and at a very reasonable cost. I was impressed and very much appreciated the in-depth knowledge, efficient skills, personable interactions and excellent customer service demonstrated by these Brooks Jeffrey personnel, and I would highly recommend Brooks Jeffrey Computer Services to any person or organization in need of computer services.
