The service is very bad. We live on top of Pendleton Hill and your service is the only internet we could get. The service randomly drops, especially in bad weather, When we need it. We struggle getting cell service, and need to have a way to contact people if need be.
When contact the customer support email, we were told to contact y'all if the service isn't working, but that is almost impossible without internet with our bad cell service. We were told that we are the only one with an offline router. There are others in the area without service to though.

The internet service isn't what it should be, it does drop out often, but we are pretty much surrounded by the woods... We appreciate your service to us when no one else could get any up here. I can't say it was all bad, because it wasn't. The company's sales reps, are super friendly people, the installation techs, also, very friendly, customer service, nice as can be and really tries to help you figure out what if anything you can do to fix your problem. I wish this company the best of luck in the future, but I've decided to go with Starlink for my internet needs. Again, I appreciate you and your service you have provided to me and my family. We are very grateful. Thank you.

I am very thankful to have Broadlinc serve our area. I know that it’s a huge undertaking to maintain lines through all these hills and Hollars just to serve a few houses every mile.

My wife works from home and wouldn’t be able to do so if we didn’t have high speed internet. Overall the service is awesome with a few short outages from time to time, no more or less than we used to experience with big companies like spectrum before we moved here.

Great service, great customer support. I live in the woods, so naturally the elements provide an extra challenge. However if service goes down due to the elements they are quick to bring it back up again. White cloud will also go out of the way to make sure your tech is up to date. White cloud brings modernity to the west end of Bullitt county.

Decent internet when it’s actually working. We’ve had to call often for them to reset it. Never had problems with customer service though.
