My son went to Bright Horizons temporarily through the BackUp Care program. Although it was a short 2 weeks, my 2 yr old son had a great experience with the staff and specially with Ms. Addy. My son does not yet speak many words, but Ms. Addy patiently worked with them to say certain words and she was genuinely happy when he would repeat them back. Was of great assistance that she is bilingual and provided that language comfort to him when needed. She has been extra caring and warm. He loved being in her class … she would calmly say bye to me at drop off. Thank you Ms. Addy!! Looking forward to having him join your class again in January.

Worst daycare experience ever, a nightmare for all parents. DO NOT RECOMMEND, AVOID!!!
My son, 3.5 years old, was scratched and bit 2x in a two week period by another child. The bit marks were so bad, they were visible for 10 days after.
The staff informed me that they noticed a problem with this particular child being aggressive towards my son so they promised me they would be separated and kept apart.
THE NEXT DAY, my son was pushed by this child, off heighten playground equipment and
MY SON GOT HIS COLLAR BONE BROKEN!!
They said my son was playing somewhere he was not suppose to be.
DCF has been informed.

Our son has been attending school here full time since he was 8 months old and is now in the toddler room with Ms. Youlchia (Ms. Chica) and Ms. Suzi and our son is so happy here! We love all the videos and photos they send us throughout the day - our son has been developing so beautifully with their help and support. He was speaking full sentences by the time he was 17 months old so we’ve never had to deal with any communication frustrations thankfully and I feel that the amount of reading and talking that is done at school has been a big help here.

We will definitely miss Ms. Chica and Ms. Suzi when he moves to the 2 year old room but are so grateful for them and have no doubt that the quality of attention and education will continue in his next classroom at BH!

My daughters have been students here for the past two years. The second they walk in the door they love going to school. The teachers are amazing and so attentive. The building and classrooms are incredibly clean. The administration is wonderful and always planning fun events for the students. I can’t recommend this school enough !

Bright Horizons school director Michele is AMAZING!! She knows all the kids names and responds to any question I have within minutes. The school is clean, very communicative and safe. I feel confident that my son is taken care of and loved. Highly recommend

I cannot say enough good things about this school. My girls were so excited to go to school every. All the teachers were so welcoming to us, especially Ms. Kristina and Ms. Isabella. The center director, Michelle, is excellent. The school communicates with me throughout the day, is clean, and has great security. I highly recommend this location!!!!

Whatever negative reviews you have seen for this facility in Boynton Beach I have to wonder since my son has had the best experience ever - and us two as parents. We started in the baby room and moved to fantastic teachers all the way to the 3 and 4 rooms. Of course like any other place you have your moments that you want to discuss certain situations with your Director but she has been great at resolving any issues we have ever had! She as the teachers take the time to find out about your child, what they are like, what they need from their teacher and classroom and so on. The teachers are great as well, as long as you communicate with them and they with you, you form a tiny family. The facility is great! Space enough for the children to run around and not feel crammed in and the curriculum is getting them ready for kindergarten. And I love that they are able to offer extra curricular activities through outside parties such as Soccer Shots! Overall, our child is happy and excited to tell us about his day! We plan to have our second baby start in the baby room as well so that should definitely tell you how we feel about Bright Horizons Boynton Beach!

We have two sons at Bright Horizons -- one who is now in elementary school and attends camp during school breaks, and another who currently is in the preschool at Bright Horizons. This is a wonderful school with caring, supportive teachers and administrators. We did a tremendous amount of research, reading reviews, reports and other records before deciding to send our our children to Bright Horizons. We are fortunate to have found such an excellent school that both of our sons truly enjoy.
