First time in well over a year that our streaming has not been constantly buffering. We.ve had BBTEL techs out many times before for this issue. Jamal was sent out last week & he found that prev BBTEL Tech's had not plugged in necessary wiring & had other cords plugged into wrong ports. Plus he cleaned up all the wiring mess that other techs had just left there. A BIG SHOUT OUT TO JAMAL! THANK YOU!

Why is testing the speeds online reflecting huge difference than the ADs?

I had Bbtel for about 6 years. Great Service provider and if something does go wrong, they normally have it fixed the same day. If you call for help, you speak with local folks which makes this provider one even better. I no longer have their service, only because I moved. Very reliable company. You get what you pay for. Can't wait for the service area to grow larger so I can come back.

What your 25 mb plan really gets you (see picture). Just because they have a monopoly on the area they get away with charging outrageous prices for outdated speeds.

Terrible. Internet service is a joke barely works half the time, when you call for help they say it's because of your router (regardless of what kind you have or how good it is) You'd think paying nearly $100 a month it'd be half decent.
