This is the most unprofessional and difficult RE Agent I have ever encountered. She just cost her company a huge commission after we backed out of our sale of a 40 acre ranch yesterday. She gave us trouble every step of the way because we wouldn't let her represent us and double dip on the commission. Braelyn lied to us repeatedly from day one about why she couldn't show us the property. She insisted she had to be present during the home inspection, so we had to be present too. While we were walking around the property, she didn't realize we were on the other side of a wall as she spoke openly about her relationship with the Appraiser to the home owner. It's people like her whose ill will and evil intent give this small town such a bad name. She single handedly cost herself 10s of thousands in commission, the home owner the ability to retire after he just broke his back and lost his wife and us of our dream.
