Initially we had a great experience. Rich was involved in the entire onboarding process — So I signed up for SEO, new websites and blogs.

Since we signed up for the new SEO “package” in April for $2999 things have been extremely difficult. From the website not being delivered on time as promised, website edits not being completed, and most importantly horrible lack of communication. Our business suffered greatly from our website being down for so long — and the SEO package we paid for ? It was never done.

Here we are almost in October and we’ve tried contacting them by emails, phone, text and nothing. So unethical and feel extremely disappointed because I really trusted Rich. Countless times I hoped and expected he would make it right, but it didn’t and has not happened. At this point they have literally taken our money and ran.

We had to invest in a total new company and basically start completely over from scratch. Our SEO ratings PLUMMETED. We run a family-owned business and understand all of the challenges that come along with it, there are absolutely no excuses left for Rich or Green Bowling.
