While our architect was prompt in the beginning, it is taking much longer than anticipated to get our drawings. We received the preliminary design March 25th and still have not received the final plans, thus holding us back from getting accurate estimates from contractors and to start construction. I am very frustrated because every time we call they say the finalized plans are on the big bosses desk awaiting approval. Its been at least two weeks since we have been told that. I just feel like we should have received the final plan by now.
With that being said, I will say the architect was very knowledgeable and the preliminary plans look fabulous.

Amazing service !!! Bill Sinor went above and beyond to accommodate my requests. The City of Philadelphia L&I didn't make it easy but Bill was patient and took care of everything in a timely manner. very easy to get in touch with, returned phone calls same day if he couldn't pick up at the moment.

I definitely recommend Bishop and Smith Team
