I'm a partial deaf player who has been trying to get a simple account issue dealt with for 3 years. It would be a two second fix but Bioware Austin refuses to discuss the matter with me. They direct me to their phone support when I send them an email but when I call phone support, they refuse to take my call since I have to use a relay service. Emails to their corporate have been ignored.

Long term SWTOR fan, disgusted with the way Bioware treats their subscribers. After 4+ years and 60+ referrals, your latest insult from the "community team" is the last straw. Treat your subscribers with respect rather than with disdain and malice. Time to find another company to send my business to.

Been a player since beta days have tried to tough out the bad start in hopes it would get better sadly only gotten worse personally would fire the entire team but start with management for this bad performance to happen. Had the highest hopes ended with worst game I have ever played.
