All of our 4 toilets not flushing correctly on a Sunday evening. I reached out to Jim directly and thankfully he was available first thing in the morning. He came with his basic tools on his hand (shovel, metal stick & wire to clear a clog). He was right on the money digging up the ground to clear the clog and got the job done within an hour. How amazing is that? This is the 2nd septic job that Jim did for us. One was replacing the jet pump and upgrading the ancient timer of our septic system.

A little backstory. I met Jim a little over a year ago when one of the tech resigned. I knew Jim didn’t have much knowledge about septic then so I was hesitant of hiring Bio-Tech to do any septic job. This time is different. Jim learned so much from all the work he’s done from our initial meeting. He told me, he’s still learning and that’s a positive outlook and get the job done for the customers. He’s also very professional and very helpful. Thank you Jim! You’re awesome!

Recommend bio-tech! My septic was backing up into shower (over a foot) Sunday night and flooding around the toilet in multiple bathrooms. Called first thing Monday morning (after calling other places who couldn’t help). Porcha the secretary was amazing and gave suggestions until the owner Don could come by the afternoon. Don was such a nice guy! He got us up and running temporarily until we could get our tank pumped. Not only did he save us quickly but Porcha moved things around to get our tanked pumped the next day!! Absolute quality and quick service! I can’t speak highly enough about this team!! Don’t second guess using this company!!!!

Just had my Aerobic system upgraded with new blower, placed inside its own "doghouse". Rewired from garage to tank for both blower and pump, new floats, new modern timer, new diffusers with new arobic plumbing and a pump out. Jim M. Their tech was out the whole project and did fantastic job for us. I can't thank him and his team enough for the knowledge and training he gave me as a homeowner to manage this system on my own in the future. Price was reasonable and well worth the piece of mind gained from this experience. Great Job Bio-Tech of Oakhurst!!

Bio-Tech did an absolute fantastic job placing a new leach line into my field next to two chamber unit lines.

From their customer service office staff, to their workers in the field, I was impressed at how well everyone worked together to get the job done, and done correctly.

Joel, was top notch in his overseeing capacity as well as his willingness to work alongside his team in the trenches. Joel is the owners son and part owner of the company and to see him working in the field and leading by example is a great quality and impressed me greatly.

I, 100 percent recommend Bio-Tech for all your septic needs. Their pricing is reasonable and you will get outstanding workmanship and great results- Excellent ROI.

Beware of this company. They did not properly pump my septic system which resulted in our whole house backing up in just over a year. They have poor customer service. I left a bad review on Facebook and rather than resolve the situation, the owner decided to insult me and my intelligence as well as blast details about my household publicly. He is a vicious, angry man. If I could leave zero stars, I would.
